From the beginning, Lazar Zeljic has always been a Project Manager at heart, even while working as a Legal Assistant and Virtual Assistant. His true strength lies in managing big-picture projects and leading teams. Now, as a Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager for the past three years, he oversees influencer marketing campaigns, consistently delivering top KPIs and ROIs for their partners. They pride themselves on transparency with both creators and brands, always bringing the best through adaptability, experience, and clear communication. He believes structured communication solves problems and applies that to both his personal and professional life. He hates wasting time and always aims for efficiency. Outside of work, Lazar is constantly learning new skills, including leadership tactics and better communication methods. He also referees national-level volleyball games and coaches new referees while managing the local Referee Board's obligations to the community.
