The Opportunity

Since early 2020, History with Kayleigh has published long-form content focused on Ancient History, historical sites, and theories about the ancient world. Years of consistent publishing resulted in a substantial back catalog and a highly defined audience.

The content was inherently evergreen, being structured, research-driven, and durable.

Distribution to MSN began in July 2025. The goal was straightforward: transform an existing content library into a new revenue stream within a publisher-gated ecosystem.

And in mid-December 2025, we shifted Facebook from passive cross-posting to structured, native distribution, turning an existing page into an optimized performance channel.

Initial Phase

The MSN onboarding period in July and August 2025 functioned as a performance testing phase. Early traction validated demand.

Following platform refinements, September MSN performance exceeded the combined results of the first two months. This marked the inflection point from testing to scalable distribution.

On Facebook, the transition from cross-posting to structured distribution produced rapid acceleration in reach, engagement, and follower growth within the first 60 days.

Both platforms demonstrated strong platform-product alignment once distribution moved from passive to strategic.

Performance Snapshot

MSN (Since July 2025):

50M+ consumed video seconds
430K+ engaged views
12K+ reactions
• Daily averages around 1.5M–2M consumed seconds
• Peak days exceeding 2M consumed seconds

Recent MSN activity continues to generate:

1M+ consumed seconds per day
8K–18K engaged views per day

Facebook (Last 60 Days):

1.1M+ views (+1,000%)
550K+ 3-second views (+3,900%)
129K+ 1-minute views (+5,000%)
38K+ interactions (+480%)
4.8K+ net new followers (+90%)

The majority of Facebook reach now comes from non-followers, indicating sustained discovery beyond the legacy audience.

Across both ecosystems, engagement levels remain consistent rather than spike-driven, reflecting structural feed integration.

Monthly Interaction Momentum

MSN interaction history demonstrates strong durability:

• Early months above ~25M interactions
• Rapid acceleration into 80M+ monthly interactions
• Peak months exceeding 140M interactions
• Continued stability above ~60M interactions

On Facebook, growth over the past 60 days reflects:

1,000%+ view acceleration
5,000%+ growth in deeper retention metrics
• Rapid follower expansion

The pattern across both platforms confirms that the content performs when aligned with each ecosystem’s consumption behavior.

Impact

Since July 2025, History with Kayleigh’s content has:

• Activated a licensed MSN distribution channel
• Transformed Facebook from a cross-posting archive to a performance engine
• Generated incremental revenue across multiple platforms
• Expanded reach beyond the existing audience base
• Extended the lifecycle of an established catalog

All without requiring additional production or workflow changes on the primary platform.

Outcome

History with Kayleigh’s content library now operates across MSN and Facebook as structured, monetized ecosystems.

What began as MSN onboarding in July evolved into scalable multi-platform distribution.

The results demonstrate:

• Strong alignment between evergreen historical content and platform-native audiences
• Sustainable daily consumption volume on MSN
• Accelerated discovery and follower growth on Facebook
• Revenue diversification without production expansion

The content library has shifted from single-platform dependency to a diversified distribution structure operating across multiple ecosystems.
