What is syndication?
Redistributing or republishing YouTube videos (or clips derived from them) across other platforms, channels, or media outlets, often to expand reach, drive additional views, or monetize the same content on multiple services. This content remains unmodified from its original format with the exception of the removal of CTAs, Ads, and other YouTube-specific content.
What Platforms Do We Syndicate To?
We share content across major platforms, including YouTube, MSN, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Facebook, Xumo, Instagram, TikTok, and Spotify, ensuring it reaches the widest audience possible.
Why ITBM?
In The Black Media has syndicated 10,000+ hours of content across multiple platforms, bringing new eyeballs to existing content for creators with success and care for the source content. We know how to adjust metadata, titles, thumbnails, and other components of video content originating from YouTube to ensure success on alternative platforms.

Today in the Space World
Today in the Space World started their YouTube journey in early 2025, sharing their fascination with space and the universe. In less than a year, they’ve already crossed 40K subscribers and are averaging around 1.1M monthly views, a huge achievement for a new creator.
We began syndicating their channel to MSN in September 2025, and within the first month, they nearly hit 1.2M views there too. Their news-style approach to storytelling blended with docu-narrative has been a perfect match for MSN, where audiences naturally gravitate toward informative, timely content. There’s a huge interest in space on the platform, but not nearly enough creators covering it, which is exactly why their videos took off so quickly.
Today in the Space World is another great example of how creators can expand their reach and revenue without changing their creative flow. With both their YouTube and MSN channels now performing side by side, and plenty of room to grow, this is just the beginning of what’s shaping up to be an exciting journey.

History with Kayleigh
Kayleigh has been creating videos about Ancient History, historical sites, and theories about the ancient world since early 2020. Her consistency has built her a strong community of more than 250k subscribers, with around 600k monthly views.
We started syndicating Kayleigh’s channel to MSN in July 2025. The first two months were slow but by September, things turned around as we shifted strategies. Views jumped, performing three times better than July and August combined.
Now she’s earning from a brand-new revenue stream and reaching a completely new audience, all without changing how she makes content or requiring extra work on her YouTube channel.

Not What You Think
Not What You Think has been creating videos about engineering, weaponry, and vehicles since late 2020. Over the years, they’ve grown their channel to an impressive 3.3M subscribers and now average nearly 12M monthly views.
We began syndicating their channel to MSN in July 2025, helping them tap into a new audience and revenue stream. From the very first month, they pulled in over 1.3M views, and the growth just kept climbing. In September 2025, their MSN channel nearly hit 10M views. Their rapid growth on MSN came from a smart mix of consistency and strategy, we posted at a high frequency, keeping their content constantly in front of new viewers. Combined with their sharp, well-produced videos on military and engineering topics, it quickly became clear that the MSN audience connected with their content even more strongly than on YouTube.
What’s even better is that their YouTube channel hasn’t slowed down one bit. It’s still growing, proving what we tell creators all the time: syndication doesn’t compete with your main channel. It just adds more eyes, more reach, and more value to the work you’re already doing.
